Xanadu Stevens Road Chardonnay is handpicked from the best rows of the low yielding Block 2 of the Stevens Road Vineyard at Boodjidup Brook, about three kilometres from the winery.

The Gin Gin clone Chardonnay is destemmed, whole bunch pressed and naturally fermented in one quarter new French oak barriques. There is no malolactic fermentation.

Following a nine month maturation with regular lees stirring the best barrels are selected for the final blend.

Pale straw, Xanadu Stevens Road Chardonnay has bright acidity and a lingering fruit finish. An outstanding Margaret River Chardonnay. Cellaring potential is seven years.
