Xanadu Reserve Chardonnay is made with grapes from the low yielding Lagan Vineyard directly adjacent to the winery. It is Xanadu's oldest Chardonnay vineyard.

All fruit is handpicked and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation with wild yeasts occurs in new and seasoned French oak barrels, followed by nine months of oak maturation with regular lees stirring.

There is no malolactic fermentation. Only the best barrels are selected for the final blend.

Pale straw, Xanadu Reserve Chardonnay has a bracing acidity driving it to a crisp, lingering fruit finish.

A classic Margaret River Chardonnay. Cellaring potential is six years.
