Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Voyager Estate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a quintessential Margaret River blend, well matched to the gravelly loam soils and maritime climate. It is typically two thirds Sauvignon Blanc and one third Semillon.

Each parcel of fruit is destemmed and pressed to tank immediately upon arrival at the winery. After the juice settles, it is racked and inoculated with yeast for alcoholic fermentation.

To add complexity, a portion of the Semillon is fermented and aged in French oak with lees stirring. The parcels are then blended, stabilized and filtered prior to bottling.

Pale straw, Voyager Estate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a dry, refreshing wine with crunchy citrus, tropical notes and crisp natural acidity. Made for immediate enjoyment.
