Coach House Block Barossa Valley Shiraz
Wine
Two Hands Wines Coach House Block Barossa Valley Shiraz is sourced from a single estate vineyard near the tiny hamlet of Greenock in the Barossa Valley.
Several small parcels of fruit are crushed and destemmed into open top fermenters. Following fermentation, the free run and pressed juice is combined in tank and settled for 24 hours.
The wine is then racked off gross lees and transferred to one third new French oak barrels, where it matures for 18 months. It is bottled with minimal fining and no filtration.
Deep crimson, Two Hands Wines Coach House Block Barossa Valley Shiraz has dark fruit flavours and long, chewy tannins.
A display of classic western Barossa generosity. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
