Bella's Garden Barossa Valley Shiraz
Wine
Two Hands Wines Bella's Garden Barossa Valley Shiraz is made with select grape parcels from across the winery's Barossa Valley vineyards. Most are located in the region's western ranges, known for its red soils.
Bella's Garden Shiraz aims to reflect the region in which it is grown. Across the Garden Series, vinification is almost identical so the depiction of each location is clear.
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and open fermented. Regular pump overs extract colour, flavour and tannins. Some parcels have a small whole bunch inclusion and receive punch downs.
After several weeks on skins, the free run juice and pressings are combined in tank. The wine is then racked to French oak barrels, around 20% new, for malolactic fermentation and 18 months of maturation.
Deep red, Two Hands Wines Bella's Garden Barossa Valley Shiraz is defined by lashings of dark fruit, chewy tannins and a long, savoury finish. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
