Ten Minutes by Tractor Estate Chardonnay is a barrel selection from the winery's individual vineyard wines, chosen to create a pure expression of Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay.

The handpicked grapes are whole bunch pressed. The unsettled juice is transferred to barrels, some 228 litre French oak and some 600 litre Austrian oak.

Indigenous yeast fermentation is followed by partial malolactic fermentation, which also occurs naturally. The wine matures for 10 months without lees stirring to maintain the wine's fresh, taut flavours.

Straw green, Ten Minutes by Tractor Estate Chardonnay has delicate citrus and white peach flavours, firm acidity and a whisper of oak. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
