Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Rosé is made with handpicked Pinot Noir from estate managed vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed, with the unsettled juice sent to seasoned French oak barrels for wild yeast fermentation. Full malolactic fermentation typically follows.

The wine matures for around six months in barrel without bâtonnage, or lees stirring, to keep the wine fresh and taut. It is transferred to tank before bottling.

Pink salmon, Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Rosé is savoury and finely textured, with crunchy red berry flavours.

Perfect for warmer days. Cellaring potential is three years.
