10X Pinot Noir

Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Pinot Noir is a distinctly regional expression of Pinot Noir, sourced from estate managed vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula.

The fruit is handpicked and mostly destemmed, a small portion sometimes left as whole bunches. It is then chilled in large concrete tanks to delay the start of wild yeast fermentation.

The cap of grape skins is managed by pump overs and some plunging towards the end of the ferment. Following pressing, the wine is transferred to French oak for malolactic fermentation and 8-10 months of maturation.

Pale crimson, Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Pinot Noir is round and red fruited with savoury nuances and a flutter of tannins. Cellaring potential is five years.
