S.C. Pannell Tempranillo Touriga is hand harvested from a selection of sustainable, dry grown vineyards across McLaren Vale and the Barossa Valley.

The blend is typically 55% Tempranillo and 45% Touriga Nacional, with a small addition of Tinta Cao in some vintages. The fruit is crushed for open fermentation. Maturation is in large vats and new French oak puncheons.

Crimson red, S.C. Pannell Tempranillo Touriga is medium bodied with cherry cola and red fruit flavours, dried herb notes and supple tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
