Penfolds Bin 51 Eden Valley Riesling was created in the 1990s as part of the evolving Penfolds white wine development program.

Fruit is sourced from the Eden Valley. The region's altitude and cool climate produces Riesling with a capacity for cellaring. Maturation takes place over three months in stainless steel prior to release.

Straw green, Penfolds Bin 51 Eden Valley Riesling has citrus flavours, a mineral edge and marked natural acidity. Cellaring potential is six years.
