Parker Coonawarra Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon blends fruit from several Coonawarra blocks, each situated in the region's famous terra rossa soil.

The fruit parcels are fermented in a mix of open and closed fermenters to control the aromatics. Most of the fruit undergoes a 10 day ferment, but a small portion remains on skins for almost a month to extract colours and tannins.

All parcels see malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, then are sent to barrel to mature for an average of 15 months.

Brooding crimson, Parker Coonawarra Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon has vibrant fruit flavours, earthy notes and long, fine tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
