Mount Langi Ghiran Cliff Edge Riesling draws from the estate Langi Old Block, planted in 1975. Langi's very cool climate, granite soils and minimal irrigation produce fruit known for its natural acidity.

The grapes are handpicked and whole bunch pressed to a stainless steel tank. Carefully selected yeasts are used for slow, cool fermentation, optimizing the wine's aromatics and varietal expression.

Light straw green, Mount Langi Ghiran Cliff Edge Riesling is crisp with lively citrus and stone fruit flavours. Its fine acid structure ensures balance and length. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
