Arthur's Reserve
Wine
Lake Breeze Arthur's Reserve is a tribute to Arthur Follett, who planted the first vines on the family property in the 1880s.
The grapes are carefully selected from mature vines grown on the famous Langhorne Creek floodplain. The blend is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, with small inclusions of Malbec and Petit Verdot.
Fermentation occurs in small open fermenters with 8-12 days of maceration. The wine is then aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. Only the best are chosen for the final blend, which is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Dark crimson, Lake Breeze Arthur's Reserve has great depth and silkiness with intense black fruit flavours and savoury characters. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
