Katnook Estate Odyssey Cabernet Sauvignon is the winery's lead Cabernet, produced only in vintages where superior quality is achieved, and only in limited quantities.

It is made with small selections of premium Cabernet Sauvignon from the winery's oldest terra rossa vineyards in Coonawarra. Parcels of fruit are selected for their richness and intense flavours.

Handcrafted, the wine is the result of meticulous attention to detail. It sees extended oak maturation, typically in small French and American oak barrels. A significant portion of the oak used is new.

Deep garnet, Katnook Estate Odyssey Cabernet Sauvignon has intricate layers of dark berry flavours and fine yet assertive tannins. Cellaring potential is 20 years.
