Porongurup Riesling
Wine
Harewood Estate Porongurup Riesling is made with premium grapes sourced from one of the original plantings of Riesling in the Porongurup Ranges, Western Australia.
This wine is part of a series of Rieslings from different districts of the Great Southern wine region. Each is made using the same winemaking techniques to highlight the unique influence of the site on the final taste.
Every part of the winemaking aims to capture the inherent delicacy of the variety. Only the finest free run juice is used. It undergoes a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is only minimally fined prior to bottling.
Pale straw, Harewood Estate Porongurup Riesling has crisp green apple flavours, underlying slate notes and a finish of citrus acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
