Grant Burge Thorn Eden Valley Riesling is grown in the cool climate Eden Valley, renowned for the variety. Slow ripening conditions produce fruit of distinct varietal character.

Picked at night, the fruit is destemmed without crushing. The best parcels of the free run juice are selected and cold fermented in stainless steel. The wine matures for four weeks on yeast lees prior to bottling.

Pale straw green, Grant Burge Thorn Eden Valley Riesling has sweet citrus flavours, slate like minerality and racy natural acidity. Cellaring potential is six years.
