Gibson The Dirtman Barossa Shiraz is founder Rob Gibson's signature wine, a Shiraz of both quality and value sourced from vineyards in the Barossa and Eden Valleys.

The fruit ferments in open fermenters with daily plunging. A large portion is racked to new American oak, the remainder is matured in seasoned French oak. Maturation is typically 18 months.

Deep opaque red, Gibson The Dirtman Barossa Shiraz has rich dark fruit flavours, finely balanced acidity and a persistent finish. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
