Dowie Doole DD Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from two estate vineyards in McLaren Vale: the Dowie Vineyard in Blewitt Springs and the Doole Vineyard in Tatachilla.

The fruit from each vineyard is kept separate for vinification. Each parcel is destemmed and cold soaked, then fermented with 2-3 pump overs each day. Once pressed, the wine matures in a mix of French and American oak barrels.

Each barrel is then tasted and carefully assessed. The best parcels are selected for the final blend.

Deep red, Dowie Doole DD Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied with rich dark fruit flavours and fine, lingering tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
