Stoney Vineyard Pinot Noir

Domaine A Stoney Vineyard Pinot Noir is hand harvested from the estate Stoney Vineyard in Tasmania's Coal River Valley. The vineyard benefits from a northerly aspect and long sunshine hours.

The fruit is vinified in small batches using traditional techniques, including open vat fermentation, regular racking and hand plunging. The wine matures in seasoned French oak for eight months.

Dark plum, Domaine A Stoney Vineyard Pinot Noir is a wine of bright varietal character with red fruit flavours and silky tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
