Late Harvest Riesling

Delatite Late Harvest Riesling is estate grown in the foothills of Victoria's alpine country. The fruit is left on the vine longer than traditional Riesling, concentrating its flavour.

The grapes are handpicked and whole bunch pressed to retain the clarity of the fruit flavours. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks using only wild yeasts.

When the desired level of residual sugar is reached, fermentation is stopped. This also results in a lower alcohol level. The wine is lightly filtered but not fined prior to bottling.

Deep yellow, Delatite Late Harvest Riesling has sweet citrus and honey characters with refreshing acidity to ensure the finish is clean and crisp. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
