Circe Chardonnay is sourced from a single vineyard at Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula. It is the younger sibling to Circe's Hillcrest Road Vineyard Chardonnay.

The fruit is handpicked and whole bunch pressed into large French oak puncheons, where it is fermented and matured. Minimal intervention prevails.

Deep yellow, Circe Chardonnay has flinty aromas, its intense citrus and stone fruit flavours balanced by a long, fine acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
