Reservation Shiraz
Wine
Chris Ringland Reservation Shiraz is made by the North Barossa Vintners collaboration of Chris Ringland and fifth generation Barossa family vigneron Adrian Hoffmann.
Adrian Hoffmann selects the fruit from his family's Dimchurch Vineyard. The vineyard sits on red brown earth over limestone at Ebenezer in the northern Barossa.
The fruit parcels are fermented separately, allowing each to develop its unique signature. After maturation for 36 months in French and American oak, they are racked and blended for bottling.
Inky garnet, Chris Ringland Reservation Shiraz is sumptuous with spicy dark fruit flavours, soft tannin structure and gentle acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
