The Partners Riesling

Byron & Harold The Partners Riesling represents the winery’s top tier Riesling.

The fruit is picked in the early morning from dedicated growers across the Great Southern region. It is transported directly to the winery, then crushed and gently pressed to tank.

After cold settling the juice is cleanly racked and inoculated with a neutral yeast. The ferment is held at 13-14°C to help retain fresh fruit characters while developing weight and texture. The wine is then blended, fined and bottled.

Pale straw green, Byron & Harold The Partners Riesling has citrus flavours and floral complexity, fresh acidity and a crisp, mineral finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
