Brown Magpie Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is sourced from the estate vineyard in Modewarre near Geelong. The cool climate site grows in sandy loam and light clay soils.

The fruit is handpicked and processed within hours of harvesting. Fermentation occurs in 1,000 litre open vats, with hand plunging and some whole bunch inclusion. Once pressed the wine matures in new and seasoned French oak barrels.

Vibrant crimson, Brown Magpie Single Vineyard Pinot Noir reveals layers of red fruit and forest floor flavours, with a light tannin finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
