Wine

Bremerton Wines Walter's Reserve Cabernet, named after vignerons Rebecca and Lucy Willson's grandfather, draws from the estate's sustainably managed vineyards in Langhorne Creek.

Individual parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon are fermented in open stainless steel vats, then the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels to mature for 24 months. Only the best barrels are selected for blending and bottling.

Once it is bottled, the wine is aged for a further two years to ensure the flavours are fully developed and the tannins are fully integrated prior to release.

Bright garnet, Bremerton Wines Walter's Reserve Cabernet has varietal notes of dark fruit and earth, complemented by savoury characters. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
