Pinot Noir
Wine
Bream Creek Pinot Noir draws from estate vines overlooking Marion Bay on Tasmania's east coast. Meticulous vineyard practices, including pruning and picking by hand, create low yields of full flavoured fruit.
The grapes are fermented with a mix of wild and cultured yeasts. There is some whole bunch inclusion. Following extended maceration on skins, the wine is aged in new and seasoned French oak barrels.
Deep crimson, Bream Creek Pinot Noir is a Pinot Noir for Shiraz drinkers. It has bold dark fruit flavours, hints of earthy spice and fine tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
