Remy Pinot Noir
Wine
BK Wines Remy Pinot Noir, named after the Keys' youngest son, represents a single barrel of Pinot Noir. The fruit is grown on a vineyard at Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills.
Minimal intervention prevails in the winery. The fruit is whole bunch fermented with wild yeasts before the wine spends 15 months in new French oak. Winery co-founder Kristyn Keys then makes the final selection for bottling.
Deep crimson, BK Wines Remy Pinot Noir is highly aromatic, with red fruit flavours, plush tannins and smoky oak around the edges. Cellaring potential is seven years.
