Wine
Bindi Block 5 Pinot Noir is made from a tiny Mount Macedon vineyard planted in 1992, located in sheltered, north facing and quartz riddled terrain.
The vines are managed without herbicides or pesticides, utilizing under vine cultivation and rigorous hand canopy management. After native yeast fermentation the wine spends 16 months in new and seasoned French oak.
Ruby red, Bindi Block 5 Pinot Noir has spicy dark fruit flavours, powerful silky tannins and balanced acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
