Riesling
Wine
Bay of Fires Riesling is sourced from several specially planted, cool climate Tasmanian vineyards including sites in the Coal River and Derwent Valleys.
Across many vintages these vineyards have developed to maturity. The grapes are wild fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel. Acidity is balanced against sweetness to create a refined Riesling.
Pale yellow, Bay of Fires Riesling has crisp citrus flavours, mineral acidity and impressive length. Cellaring potential is six years.
