Estate Pinot Noir
Wine
Bass Phillip Estate Pinot Noir is sourced from the winery's original Leongatha vineyard planted at 8,500 vines per hectare in the mineral rich soils of South Gippsland.
The vineyards have been organic since 1993 and biodynamic since 2002. The wine is made in a simple and traditional way, with low cropped vineyards, no irrigation and minimal intervention at the winery.
Light purple crimson, Bass Phillip Estate Pinot Noir has varietal purity, natural acidity, tangy minerality and refined balance. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
