Wildwood Ridge Reserve Chardonnay

Aravina Estate Wildwood Ridge Reserve Chardonnay is sourced from two estate blocks. The fruit is all Gin Gin clone Chardonnay handpicked in the early morning.

The grapes are chilled overnight and whole bunch pressed. The juice is then racked to new and seasoned French oak barriques and puncheons for natural fermentation.

The wine matures in barrel for 12 months, with a portion undergoing malolactic fermentation. Prior to bottling the parcels are blended, lightly fined and filtered.

Pale straw, Aravina Estate Wildwood Ridge Reserve Chardonnay has succulent fruit flavours and layered oak complexity. Cellaring potential is five years.
