Wildwood Ridge Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Aravina Estate Wildwood Ridge Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is made only in small quantities. The fruit is handpicked from select blocks of the estate vineyard at Yallingup, Margaret River.

The grapes are destemmed, crushed and cold soaked. After primary fermentation, certain batches are left on skins for extended maceration while the rest is pressed to French oak barrels, half new.

The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and 16-18 months of maturation in barrel. Only the best barrels are chosen for the final blend, which is bottled after light fining and filtration.

Deep purple, Aravina Estate Wildwood Ridge Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has powerful dark fruit flavours with smooth, resolved tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
