Cabernet Merlot

Amelia Park Cabernet Merlot blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with small additions of Malbec and Petit Verdot, all sourced from Wilyabrup and Wallcliffe in Margaret River.
Parcels of fruit are machine harvested in the cool of night and vinified separately. A controlled, cool fermentation occurs in static tanks.
Each parcel is then carefully pressed and transferred to a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged over 12 months prior to blending and bottling.
Deep crimson, Amelia Park Cabernet Merlot has intense dark berry flavours and fine dusty tannins supporting a long structure. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
