ATR Wines Chockstone Shiraz is a blend of four different Shiraz clones, each selected for their proven track record for producing highly concentrated fruit.

The vines, grown in the Grampians in Victoria, are cultivated ironstone soils and receive minimal rainfall. These conditions contribute to the refined style of Shiraz.

Following a long, unhurried fermentation, the wine is transferred to a careful selection of seasoned French and American oak barrels to age.

Deep crimson, ATR Wines Chockstone Shiraz has richly layered dark fruit flavours, a velvety structure and a plush finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
