ATR Wines Chockstone Riesling is a blend of three low yielding Riesling clones grown in the Grampians region of Victoria.

The wine is made with as little intervention as possible. The focus is on creating a modern wine that truly represents the vineyard in which it is grown. After gentle pressing, the grapes undergo cool fermentation.

Pale yellow, ATR Wines Chockstone Riesling balances a vibrant natural acidity with a hint of sweetness and an elegant mineral finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
