Wine

Yering Station Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic cool climate Cabernet. It is made from Reynella clone grapes grown in grey loam over yellow clay soils in an exceptional Coldstream vineyard.

The handpicked grapes are open fermented for three weeks with cultured yeasts. The wine is left on skins for a further 4-6 weeks to build structure. It then spends 18 months maturing in French oak.

Dark ruby red, Yering Station Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is beautifully concentrated with fine grained yet densely knit tannins and a lasting finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
