Wine
Yering Station Reserve Shiraz Viognier is a classic cool climate Shiraz. It draws from estate grown Yarra Valley vines planted in the 1990s in yellow alluvial clay loam over deteriorated mudstones.
The handpicked fruit is cold soaked then fermented in small open fermenters for 14 days. After malolactic fermentation the wine spends 18 months in new and seasoned French oak. Only the best barrels make it into the final blend.
Vibrant purple red, Yering Station Reserve Shiraz Viognier is ethereal and elegant with perfect balance and structure. Cellaring potential is 20 years.
