Coldstream Hills Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the north facing slopes of G Block, adjacent to the winery at Gladysdale in the Upper Yarra Valley.

The handpicked fruit ferments in small open fermenters, with a small portion undergoing extended maceration. All batches are handled separately. The wine matures in French oak for 15 months.

Inky red, Coldstream Hills Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has dark berry flavours, integrated oak and a finish of fine chalky tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
