Onannon Tuerong Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay is made with Clone 95 Chardonnay fruit, handpicked when it displays the right spectrum of flavours.

The fruit is cooled overnight, then whole bunch pressed. Its juice is sent straight to one third new French oak barrels for wild yeast fermentation. Full malolactic fermentation follows with occasional lees stirring.

Pale straw, Onannon Tuerong Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay has ripe fruit flavours, savoury minerality and finishes long. Cellaring potential is five years.
