Wine
Taylors Estate Shiraz is crafted at Taylors Auburn winery, blending fruit grown close by in the Clare Valley with fruit from the Limestone Coast on the south-east tip of South Australia.
After fermentation, the wine matures in American oak for 12 months followed by fining, minimal filtration and bottling. The aim is to create a wine of pure varietal expression, intense in flavour and refined in texture.
Ruby red, Taylors Estate Shiraz is medium bodied with ripe dark fruit flavours of plum, cherry and redcurrant. Cellaring potential is five years.
