Richardson Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Blue Pyrenees Richardson Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, a tribute to the late Colin Richardson, is produced only in select vintages from exceptional parcels of Cabernet grapes.

The vinification typically includes warm fermentation and extended time on skins. The wine then matures in French oak barrels, both new and seasoned, for 24 months before it is blended and prepared for bottling.

Deep garnet, Blue Pyrenees Richardson Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is graceful yet powerful with abundant black fruit flavours and elegant oak. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
