Aphelion Brini Single Vineyard Grenache draws from a site in the north-east corner of Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale. The block has been a staple of Aphelion since their first vintage.

The fruit is handpicked before undergoing a slow, cool whole bunch ferment. The wine is pressed to large format neutral French oak where it matures on full lees. It is racked only when being prepared for bottling.

Deep purple, Aphelion Brini Single Vineyard Grenache is an intense wine with dark plum flavours and rich earthy characters. Cellaring potential is seven years.
