Lake Breeze Winemaker's Selection Shiraz is made only in select vintages. It draws from the Follett family's vineyard on the banks of the Bremer River at Langhorne Creek.

The grapes are picked at optimum maturity and open fermented on skins for seven days. The wine then matures in French and fine grained American oak barriques for 22 months. Only the best barrels make it into the final blend.

Deep purple, Lake Breeze Winemaker's Selection Shiraz is full bodied and luscious with long length of flavour and soft tannins. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
