Wills Domain Eightfold Chardonnay draws from estate plantings on the slopes of the Gunyulgup Valley in Margaret River. The fruit is harvested in the cool of the morning.

After destemming, the grapes are pressed directly to barrels for natural fermentation. Post ferment, the wine matures for nine months with periodic lees stirring. A portion of the blend undergoes malolactic fermentation to build complexity.

Straw green, Wills Domain Eightfold Chardonnay is a crisp, mineral wine with buttery complexity and a touch of residual sweetness. Cellaring potential is five years.
