Holy Grail Barossa Valley Shiraz
Wine
Two Hands Wines Holy Grail Barossa Valley Shiraz is estate grown at Seppeltsfield in the Barossa. The vines run along the iconic Avenue of Hopes and Dreams, lined by palm trees.
The overarching aim for the winemaking is to ensure the final wine reflects where its fruit is grown. Each fruit parcel, no matter how small, is vinified separately.
The grapes are destemmed and open fermented with plunging and pump overs. After around two weeks on skins, the wine is pressed and aged in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels.
Deep red, Two Hand Wines Holy Grail Barossa Valley Shiraz is intensely aromatic with bold dark fruit flavours, abundant tannins and length. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
