Bass Phillip Gewürztraminer is grown at the estate vineyard at Leongatha in Gippsland. The vines are all organically and biodynamically farmed.

In the typical Bass Phillip style, the wine is made with minimal intervention. Handpicked fruit is wild yeast fermented with some oak influence. The wine is bottled without filtration. Only small quantities are produced.

Bright yellow, Bass Phillip Gewürztraminer is intensely aromatic, spicy and textural with a long, rich finish. Cellaring potential is three years.
