Cullen Legacy Series Flower Day Sauvignon Blanc draws from Cullen's 1988 Sauvignon Blanc plantings. The fruit is harvested on a flower day of the biodynamic calendar.

The grapes are crushed to tank and left of skins for about one week. After fermentation, the wine is aged in a mixture of puncheons and barriques, both new and seasoned. There is no fining prior to bottling.

Light gold, Cullen Legacy Series Flower Day Sauvignon Blanc is subtly textured with crisp citrus flavours and bright acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
