Chatto Mania Pinot Noir is a blend of fruit from vineyards across Tasmania including the Huon Valley, Tamar Valley and along the Tasmanian east coast.

The fruit is handpicked, hand sorted and fermented with wild yeasts. The juice is periodically hand plunged, a gentler extraction that allows the fruit to better showcase its vibrancy.

For maturation, the wine is sent to French oak puncheons, a small percentage new.

Deep red, Chatto Mania Pinot Noir has intense fruit flavours given depth by soft tannins, spice and acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
