Coldstream Hills The Esplanade Pinot Noir is sourced from The Esplanade Block of Syme Vineyard at Gruyere in the Yarra Valley from vines planted in 1998.

The fruit is all MV6 clone Pinot Noir, a small portion added as whole bunches. After vinification, the wine matures for nine months in French oak, a combination of new and seasoned barrels.

Crimson red, Coldstream Hills The Esplanade Pinot Noir has alluring fruit flavours, spicy character and chalky tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
