Dominique Portet Single Vineyard Rosé is typically a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec from the estate vineyard at Coldstream in the Yarra Valley.

The grapes are whole bunch pressed prior to fermentation in seasoned French oak barrels. During six months of maturation, the wine is stirred regularly to build texture and complexity.

Pale salmon, Dominique Portet Single Vineyard Rosé has spicy berry flavours, a savoury edge and fresh acidity with a dry, silky finish. Ideal summer drinking.
